Shipping policy

We ship our products with Standard Post offered by Australia Post services. The postage cost is as accurate as possible to the actual cost defined by Australia Post. Please note that Shipping prices may be subject to change based upon circumstances out of our control and we will ensure we maintain accurate shipping costs so that our customers are paying for the shipping costs and nothing more relating to shipping. 

For our selected method of shipping, shipping times are typically between 2-8 business days. Shipping times are subject to change due to a number of factors out of our control and so we advise our customers to please remain patient. 

We aim to have our orders shipped as quickly as possible and will provide shipping information to our customers as soon as we can and will provide updates on shipping throughout the shipping period.  

Shipping costs/prices include packaging and transport costs combined. 

We do offer Zonal International Shipping at rates as per our preferred courier service which differ to that described above, that being shipping within Australia.
